BMBF promotes three innovation alliances from IWBio-network

In relation with the BMBF launched R&D proposals “Innovation Initiative Industrial Biotechnology“, the results of the first funding round and the winner's alliances were presented at the World Exhibition Congress for Process Industries "Achema" in Frankfurt on 18th June 2012.
On the annual IWBio workshop in June in Landshut members of IWBio agreed that they are interested in collaborating in the development of new products, methods and services in the field of industrial biotechnology in the future. With the joint effort and contribution of the companies three alliances were awarded with funding: NatLifE 2020, ZeroCarbF and FuPol.
